For most of my life I’ve identified as a dancer but over time, as I’ve come into deeper connection with myself, the earth, and my own sense of spirituality, that definition has expanded. Movement remains at the core of who I am, but what began as a relationship to the body has grown into a broader exploration of self, image and narrative.

Through performance, I’ve discovered the power of channeling stories—not just as a performer taking on roles, but as a vessel through which emotion, memory, and collective experience can pass. When I open myself to different narratives and characters, I don’t feel like I’m stepping outside myself. I feel like I’m uncovering hidden corners within. That process has become a profound act of freedom and empathy.

What once felt like a need to become someone else now feels like an invitation to reveal more of who I already am. Movement, spirit, and storytelling are no longer separate threads in my life—they’re woven together in the practice of being present, honest, and deeply connected.
